How remote works at Vandra

Twenty of us work remotely across Europe. These are the few rules that make it work.

About twenty people at Vandra work from home, from Valencia to Bilbao to a small island near Gothenburg. Remote here is not a perk. It is a way of working with a few clear rules.

Anywhere in Europe

You can work from any country where we can employ you, which today is most of the EU, Norway and the UK. We pay the same bands wherever you live.

Writing first

Every decision that takes more than a week starts as a short note that anyone can read. Meetings are for questions about the note, not for making it up as we go.

One trip a month

Every remote person spends a few days a month in Stockholm or Milan, or with their team somewhere else. We book and pay for it, and nobody has to ask twice.
