Questions about pay
The things people ask before signing, answered in writing.
How is my level decided?
From the work sample and the team interview, using the same written criteria for everyone. You see the criteria before you apply.
Can I negotiate my salary?
No, and nobody else can either. You can ask us to look at your level again if you think we got it wrong.
Is pay different in Milan and Stockholm?
No. Bands are the same in both offices and for people working remotely anywhere in Europe.
When do benefits start?
On your first day, all of them. There is no waiting period for health insurance, pension or parental leave.
How do the options work if Vandra is sold?
Everything you hold vests at once, whether you have passed the cliff or not.
