Two weeks from hello to an answer
Five steps, the same for every role, from trip coordinator to director. Here is each one, who you meet and how to get ready.

Step by step
What happens, who is on the other side and what to do before each step.
- Day 1
Apply
Send your CV or LinkedIn and a few lines on why this role. No cover letter, no forms asking for your salary history.
- Who you meet
- Nobody yet. A recruiter reads every application within two working days.
- How to prepare
- Five minutes. Tell us what you want to do next, not only what you have done.
- Day 3
First call
Thirty minutes on video about the role, the team and what you are looking for. You ask as much as we do.
- Who you meet
- The hiring manager, the person you would report to.
- How to prepare
- Read the role and the team page. Bring your questions about the work and the pay.
- Day 7
Work sample
A short task based on real work, or a walk through of something you have built. Two to three hours, paid at your level.
- Who you meet
- Two people from the team review it, using criteria you get with the task.
- How to prepare
- Nothing beyond the brief. We send it with a week to do it, at your own pace.
- Day 10
Meet the team
Half a day, in an office or on video. You talk through your sample, meet two future colleagues and see a normal day.
- Who you meet
- Two future colleagues and someone from another team.
- How to prepare
- Think about what you would change in your sample with more time.
- Day 14
An answer
Yes or no, from the hiring manager, by phone. If it is a yes, the offer follows in writing the same day.
- Who you meet
- The hiring manager, and the recruiter for the offer.
- How to prepare
- Nothing. If it is a no, you get written feedback within a week.
What we look for
Four things, scored the same way for every candidate. You get the full criteria with the work sample.
The work itself
Can you do the job at the level it is posted? The work sample answers this, not your CV.
How you think
How you break a problem down and what you do when you are stuck. Being wrong out loud is fine.
How you write
Most decisions here happen in docs. We look at how clearly you explain your sample.
How you work with others
How you take feedback in the team interview, and how you give it.
What we promise you
If we break one of these, tell the recruiter or write to the head of people. It gets fixed.
An answer within fourteen days of applying, whatever it is.
Written feedback if we say no after the first call.
The work sample is paid, at the level of the role.
No trick questions, no puzzles, no whiteboard tests.
The salary band is on the role before you apply.
Questions about applying
What people ask before they hit send.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, up to two at a time. Tell us which one you want more and we will start there.
What if I need adjustments?
Tell the recruiter what helps, in the application or at any point. Extra time, captions, a different format: all fine.
Can I do the whole process remotely?
Yes. The team interview can be on video. If you want to visit an office, we pay for the trip.
What if I am not ready to apply?
Join the talent pool for a team and we will write when a role opens there, before it goes on the site.
Can I apply again after a no?
Yes, after six months, for any role. Plenty of people here joined on their second try.
Ready when you are
18 roles are open across five teams, every one with this same process.
- The salary band is on every role
- Work from Stockholm, Milan or anywhere in Europe
- Two team trips a year, paid for
- An answer within two weeks of applying
