How we handle the details you send when you apply, join the talent pool or write to us.

We are Vandra AB, Götgatan 48, 118 26 Stockholm, Sweden, with an office in Milan run by Vandra Italia S.r.l. This notice covers the people who use this careers site: candidates, people in the talent pool and anyone who writes to us. Questions go to the people team at people@vandra.test.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and where you live, when you apply or join the talent pool
- Your CV, any link you share and your answers to the questions on the application
- Notes from your calls and interviews, written by the people you meet
- Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit, kept for 30 days
We never ask for your age, photo, family situation or health, and we ask you not to include them in your CV.
Why we use it
We use your details to consider you for the role you applied for, to tell you about new roles if you joined the talent pool, and to answer your messages. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in hiring, or your consent for the talent pool.
Who sees it
Only the people involved in hiring for the role: the people team, the hiring manager and the colleagues you meet. Our applicant tracking system stores the data in the EU. We never sell it and never share it with other companies.
How long we keep it
- Applications: 12 months after the role closes, then deleted
- Talent pool: until you leave, or 24 months without a reply from you
- Messages: 12 months after the last reply
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to people@vandra.test and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the Italian Garante.
