Operations runs everything around the product: the venues and suppliers we work with, the coordinators who look after each trip while it runs, and the people team that hires and looks after everyone at Vandra.
How we work
- A coordinator on call for every trip, in the traveller’s own time zone
- Every new venue visited before the first group arrives
- Two or three trips a year for everyone in the team, to see how they really go
