What you will work on
- Run and grow the booking service that confirms around 9,000 trips a month
- Make holds and confirmations safe to retry when a supplier times out
- Work with Operations on the cases that still need a person on the phone
What you bring
- Several years building backend services that move money or inventory
- Comfort with Postgres, queues and the failure modes between them
- Clear writing: most of our decisions start as a one page note
